Equipment & Tools

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• Any equipment or tools that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
• A restocking fee may apply to certain items at management’s discretion.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

• If an item is found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase or shortly after, please contact us immediately.
• Eligible items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded based on manufacturer guidelines.

 

Aggregates & Landscape Materials

• Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once materials have been delivered.
• We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on aggregates, mulch, soil, sand or other bulk landscape materials after delivery.
• Natural variations in size, color, and texture are normal.

 

Special Orders

• Special order items may be subject to different return conditions and may not be eligible for return. Please confirm details at the time of purchase.

 

Hardscape Materials

We accept returns within 30 days if materials are:

• Unused
• On original pallet
• In resalable condition
